The best thing about this hotel is the location.
If you value customer service; don't stay here! The hotel was empty but we were still ushered to the room furthest away from the beach so we upgraded to the sea view chalet. The staff are lazy and the place is a mess; probably because the staff are all sat round chatting or watching tv! Its completely over priced and the buffet breakfast was a joke. If you want value for money, customer service and a nice well maintained resort you would do well to look elsewhere!

Location is good . Garden beautiful (but not maintained). Chalet with ac and terrace.
The room at 200 rm, (price during Ramadam ?compared to impiana !!) is told "seaview" but there is so much trees that you don't see.Breakfast with no choice and food low quality. Never clean the room during the stay of 4 nights.Restaurant with no food choice, so once you have lunch or dinner and after go other places ( Fortunately there is a lot).We could meet the owner and explained our complains, at least the price will be lower 160 RM/night. Booked.net has price up of the real price ! how is it possible ?

Location is ok, quite good lunches and dinners (paid separate). Rooms not clean, poor equipment, toilets and shower - below normal level, water leaking....
